Sexting is sending or sharing text messages and images showing nude or otherwise sexually oriented photos via communication technologies. Sexting is not in itself an illegal act, but if the content depicts the underage of 18 years old, it can be a criminal offense of production and other handling of child pornography, according to the applicable Criminal Procedure Code. Thus, in case such content leaks to the public and is reported, the actors may indeed be accused of committing a serious crime.
Stalking is arousing reasonable concern for the life and health of the victim or for the life and health of the loved ones. Stalking happens when the victim is repeatedly contacted through communication technology, and the victim makes it clear to the offender that he or she is not interested in communicating with him, either passively, by not responding to the offender's attempts to contact or by replying with a strong warning that the victim is not interested in the contact.
