What we do not deal with

Some content on the Internet is not illegal in itself, but in a broader context it may be a crime. In such case, please contact our partner the Safety Line.

If the reported content directly concerns you or someone around you, it is necessary to describe how you feel damaged by the published content, e.g. content damages your honor, dignity, right to privacy, it raises concerns about your life, makes it difficult for you to exercise your profession etc. Reported photos without further specification, which clearly do not violate the law, are automatically evaluated as content that is not inappropriate or illegal.

Cyberbullying

Bullying with electronic technologies such as mobile phones, computers or tablets. Bullying occurs through platforms such as social media, text messages, chats or websites. These are, in particular, obscene content, false information, embarrassing images or videos, but also images and videos relating to a third party who has not given a consent to their publication and feels that these images affect their rights

Revenge porn

Publication of images, videos, or other materials with an intimate theme, which were provided or taken voluntarily, but were addressed exclusively to a specific person. If the person, subsequently, without the consent of the person concerned, provides these materials to a third party, publishes them on the Internet or threatens to publish them to the person concerned, it is revenge porn and it is possible to defend against such behavior.

Sexting

Sexting is sending or sharing text messages and images showing nude or otherwise sexually oriented photos via communication technologies. Sexting is not in itself an illegal act, but if the content depicts the underage of 18 years old, it can be a criminal offense of production and other handling of child pornography, according to the applicable Criminal Procedure Code. Thus, in case such content leaks to the public and is reported, the actors may indeed be accused of committing a serious crime.

Stalking

Stalking is arousing reasonable concern for the life and health of the victim or for the life and health of the loved ones. Stalking happens when the victim is repeatedly contacted through communication technology, and the victim makes it clear to the offender that he or she is not interested in communicating with him, either passively, by not responding to the offender's attempts to contact or by replying with a strong warning that the victim is not interested in the contact.
